We thank God for bringing us to the last Sunday in the month of completion(June) in Jesus name .Amen.

According to our memory verse for today,Thy Word have i hid in mine heart that i might not sin against God means that,God’s Word hid,guards against sin.
God’s Word is to be hid in our heart because it can not lie(Titus 1:2).Again,when we hide the Word of God in our heart,it guides us to be truthful because as we all know ,The Word of God is Truth.( John 17:17).

To “hid in mine heart” means to “Treasure”.In other words,to Treasure involves
i.Value
ii.Intent
iii.Steadfastness
The book of (Psalms 19:7-10) tells us about the value of the Word of God.When we talk about” Intent” Ezra 7:10,tells us of how prepared Ezra was to seek the law of the LORD and to keep it and teach it.Then “Steadfastness” Acts 2:42 says “And they continued steadfastly…”
Beloved
The heart with the Word (hidden treasure) Causes No Offense
1.God turns from us when we are in sin.(Isaiah 59:1-2)
2.The sin problem is universal and Fatal.(Romans 3:23 & 6:23)
3.The heart with the Word treasured,will obey the gospel.(Romans 6:17)
4.Walks in the light.(1John 1:7-9)
5.Seeks forgiveness.(Acts 8:22)
6.Even in a wilderness.(Acts 8:36)

I believe we can all see the essentiality of these matters and pay our closest attention.God’s Word is the most effective I have ever seen. Hebrews 4:12 says”For the word of God is quick,and powerful…”
The word of God is like a fire and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces(Jeremiah 23:29).
Beloved
Only the Word of God can save.(Romans1:16). Only the Word of God can equip us.(2 Timothy 3:16-17).
In Conclusion
Beloved,I urge us to hide this Word of God in our heart because it is the only weapon to stand against the wiles of the devil.(Ephesians 6:11).
Prayer
May the good Lord give us the Grace to hide His Word in our heart always in Jesus Name Amen.
