Word for Today
The Word (5)-the word of God produces JOY.
“Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts” ( Jeremiah 15:16).
Beloved
JOY is produced when you sincerely and sufficiently ‘eat’ and ‘drink’ the word of God. Many people mistake happiness for joy. Happiness is dependent on events around you, but Joy comes from your inside. The kingdom of God is not meat and drink but righteousness….and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17).
Henceforth, I encourage everyone to spend time and meditate on the word of God day and night (Joshua 1:8).
