Memory Verse
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12).
Dearly Beloved
We salute the great family of God all over the world, in the name of Jesus Christ. Your 2020 shall be glorious in Jesus name. Amen
The word of God is loaded with power. Absolutely nothing is impossible with the pure word of God in Christ Jesus. Make a decision to draw closer to the Word this season.
Without, the power element, Christianity is a mere religion. Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God is the power of God and the wisdom of God (1Corinthians 1:24).
Your word is nothing but a prophecy. When you speak does your word come to pass? The bible says where the word of the king is, there is power (Eccl 8:4). Some preachers sometimes preach as if their congregations are deaf. Many speak their own words instead of speaking the word of God. The word of man is limited, but the word of the living God knows no boundaries. It can penetrate our bones and marrow.
Speak the word of God only and miracles will happen. Who is he that speaketh, and it’s comes to pass if the Lord has not commanded it ( Lam 3:37).
“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power” (1Corinthians 4:20)
Meditate on the word of God daily, to empower your human spirit.
Stay connected with JESUS, the Word. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Stand by the truth. Only the truth can make you free indeed ( John 8:32).
Be careful with your thoughts, words, and actions.
Be kind and compassionate to one another.
Prayer Points
Dear Father, let your words dwell in my heart and mouth in Jesus name. Amen . Please, Father, continue to frustrate and expose every pretender in our midst in Jesus name. Amen.Thank you Jesus for what you are about to do in 2020.

God’s Will: The Big Picture-by Bro Harry Bassey

Topic :The Big Picture-by Bro Harry Bassey
Text : Romans 12:2In Romans 12:2, God’s Word promises: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
According to this verse in Romans, the will of God is good, acceptable, and perfect. There’s absolutely no indication here that the Lord’s plan for you will be unbearable, something you’ll hate, or something that’ll ruin your life. On the contrary, what the Father envisions for you is “good and acceptable and perfect.” These three words should fill all of us with peace and confidence.
Let’s take a deeper look at them.
•First, *God’s will is good*. The Lord’s plan is morally honorable, excellent, and beneficial to you. It may not always appear to be so at first. But we must remember that God promises to cause all things to work together for our good (Rom. 8:28). The Father is very careful about what He permits to touch our lives. Why? Simply because He Himself is good. Psalm 145:9 affirms that “the Lord is good to all.”
• *the Lord’s plan for you is acceptable*. It’s both well-pleasing to God but also satisfying to you. The Lord receives you on the basis of what Jesus did on the cross. Once you’ve received Christ as your Savior, you’re accepted before the Father forever. And because of the presence of the Holy Spirit in you and the Word of God as your guide, you can live in a manner well-pleasing to the Lord. In fact, Philippians 2:13 asserts, “It is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.” The Father patiently teaches you how to walk with Him—leading you along the way. So not only is it possible to live in an acceptable manner before Him, but God is committed to helping you do so.
Declare :
He is good to everyone and has compassion on all he made.
Psalms 145:9 GNBDK•Finally, *God’s will for you is perfect*. When we read the word “perfect,” we may be daunted by thoughts of having to maintain a flawless walk with the Lord. But that’s not what’s intended here. The Greek word teleios that’s used is better translated “finished; brought to maturity; enabled to reach the goal; needing nothing for completeness.” Friend, the Father has no half-baked schemes—especially when it comes to your life. You may not know His full plan … but He does. He knows “the end from the beginning” (Isa. 46:10), and He can and will bring it to absolute completion.
God’s Word promises you that the Lord’s will is good, acceptable, and perfect. Who wouldn’t want to serve a God that loving and full of care?Prayer :
I Thank You Heavenly Father for you’ve ‘declared the end from the beginning, and from long ago what is not yet done, saying: My plan will take place, and I will do all My will’.
Isaiah 46:10 HCSBReflect :
Today, rest in the assurance that His good, acceptable, and perfect will is not only well within your reach, but that He’s also committed to working it out in your life as you trust in Him.Bro. Harrison Bassey, minister of the Word, based in Eket, Nigeria

Memory Verse
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” ( James 1:17).Dearly Beloved
Thank you JESUS for giving us a perfect season.
We salute everyone this season, especially the family of our great God.Jesus Christ is our perfect gift from God and is an example of a perfect man who ever lived. Let’s emulate Him. Whenever you are challenged, remember Jesus. How would Jesus react in such situation? Perfection is an individual responsibility.
Our ancestral father Abraham walked perfectly with God ( Genesis 17:1), so we too can walk with God in perfection.
In Christ Jesus, our God is perfect and He expects His children to walk with Him in perfection. Many Christians are unable to pay attention to details. They treat mistakes and errors lightly. A single mistake may be bad enough to end a person’s life prematurely. The truth is that no man can be perfect by his own strength or works but by the grace of God though the Holy Spirit of God. When God called Abraham, he was directed to pay attention to details and be perfect:
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect” (Genesis 17:1).
In Christ Jesus, our God does not compromise on perfection. Jesus commanded all His children to be perfect, admonishing:
“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” ( Matthew 5:48)
As you study the word of God, please learn to pay attention to details and be diligent. All the blessings of Deuteronomy 28:1-14, requires diligence and perfection. A single error could deprive you of God’s blessings.
To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).
Stay Connected with Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God, also called the Word. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Connect, Change and Live (CCL)Prayer Points

Text: Matthew 1:21“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21
Good morning and Complements of the season to the people of God.
The true story about Jesus Christ of Nazareth is one of a kind, and it cannot be put under a rug but rather ought to be celebrated forever. Never before or after has a virgin become pregnant, but it happened to Mary.
Joseph, her betrothed husband, could not comprehend it and had wanted to divorce her privately. However, the angel convinced him in a dream not to be afraid or worried, and he accepted her as his betroth wife.
Jesus Christ was born, and He accomplished God’s purpose by saving mankind from their sins. This is a very good example of how God wants to work with His children to accomplish His will on Earth.
Joseph and Mary availed themselves to God and must be very happy now in heaven to have been given such an honor. He is the only one born by a virgin, whose name is so powerful to save the lost and provide answers to desperate situations.
