Beloved

Good morning Brethren.
Hold on to mercy and truth at all cost without compromise; they are two spiritual virtues you cannot do without. The Word says:

“Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine” ( Proverbs 3:3-10)

Good morning beloved. This is the day the LORD has made… Psalm 118:24.

Jesus Christ has assured us of ‘greater works’ (John 14:12) when we have faith in Him. In our walk with Him, let us desire the ‘fruit of the Spirit’ more and more:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)

Jesus assured us:
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” ( John 14:12).

Text: Psalm 55:22

“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalm 55:22

The God kind of life is a life that is totally dependent on God. God is your burden bearer, and therefore, there is absolutely no need to burden yourself with the issues of life.

If you have knowledge of the opening scripture and you are still carrying your burden, then you are demonstrating that you want to be a god unto yourself. Instead, our responsibility is to cast the burden on God in prayer, and He will then sustain us. Jesus Christ buttressed this point when He said all who are heavy laden should come to Him and He will give them rest (Matthew 11:28).

God knows how to take care of His children, and He is always ready to rescue the righteous from any kind of struggle.

We need to learn to cast the burden of sin and our physical needs on Jesus Christ because we are the reason why He came. Dear beloved, are you still carrying your burdens? Turn to Jesus Christ!
