“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing”(John 15:5).

Dearly Beloved,

We salute everyone out there especially the great family of our great God in Christ Jesus. Stay filled with the Holy Spirit.

Brethren, if you are truly born again in Christ Jesus, you have every reason to be filled with joy in the Holy Ghost(Romans 14:17).

The good news is that you are never alone, according to our memory verse, you are a branch of Jesus Christ, provided you abide in Him.

Through your faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ by His grace, you have been translated from the Kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of Light. The question is: How fruitful are you in the kingdom? John 15:2 informs us that those who are fruitless in the kingdom are to be cut down by the Father Himself. Sharing the word of God is fundamental mandate for every born again Christian. Please, do not live in ignorance of this.

The word of God says the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy( Revelations 19:10). We overcome the devil and his cohorts by the word of our testimony ( Revelations 12:11). What Jesus Christ did 2000 years ago, He is still doing and will continue to do them until this world order passes away. He healed All diseases of those who made contact with Him.

Henceforth, as you move about, please keep telling others what Jesus is doing in your life  and in the life of others. You are never alone. You are a branch of Jesus.

Stay connected with JESUS, the Word. Be knowledgeable; Be wise; Be enlightened.

Become a Disciple, Ambassador and a Missionary for Jesus Christ on a daily basis as a redeemed of the LORD.

“And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit…” ( Ephesians 5:18-19).

Dearly Beloved

Good morning to the great family of God in Christ Jesus all over the world. Wishing you all Spirit- filled new day the LORD has made.

Brethren, please pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit daily. Without anointing, spiritual empowerment, living in the realm of the supernatural, and keying into the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Christianity becomes a mere empty religion.

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Himself needed empowerment of the Holy Spirit to run a flourishing ministry on earth:

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him”(Acts 10:38).

Jesus promised all true believers this same empowerment:

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8).

This promise was followed by the assurance that believers so empowered will do greater works on earth:

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father” (John 14:12).

Once a person has accepted Christ as his Lord and Saviour, he is empowered by the Holy Spirit to become a son of God ( John 1:11-12) and by this virtue, he is superior to the devil. This understanding is very important. The only reason we are able to challenge the devil is because we are sons of God. We are joint heirs with Christ in God ((Romans 8:17).

The question is: Why is it that many children of God are not able to hear from their Father? The answer lies in lack of total obedience to the words of God, which leads to unrighteousness and separation from God (Isa 59:1-2). If only we can live a life of truth and total obedience to the word of God, the Holy Spirit is more than ready to guide us according to the Scripture:

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come” (John 16:13). This scripture enables us to know that the Holy Spirit only speaks what he hears from the Word. In other words, the Holy Spirit is powerless without the Word. Of course, we know from the scripture that the Lord Himself is the embodiment of that Spirit:

“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” ( 2 Cor 3:17).

The Word and the Holy Spirit are inseparable. A life of daily signs and wonders are the heritage of all true believers, if only we can key into the ministry of the Holy Spirit:

“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover ( Mark 16:17-18).

If you truly believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, you are for signs and wonders. All you are required to do is work and walk with the Holy Spirit. Allow the Holy Spirit to reveal you as a son of God.

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh” (Gal 5:16).

” The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God” (Romans 8:16).

Word for Today: The redeemed of the LORD!

Memory Verse:

“Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away” ( Isaiah 51:11).

Dearly Beloved

We salute the great family of God in Christ Jesus all over the world. Wishing you Spirit- filled Sunday.

Let us increasingly desire the attributes of the blessed persons as revealed by the Psalmist through inspiration of the Holy Spirit in Psalm chapter one.

The redeemed of the LORD are special people in the sight of the Lord. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

“And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken” (Isaiah 62:12).

Therefore, we are empowered to live extraordinary live. We are not ordinary people any more because of the grace of God. We should therefore follow the teachings of Jesus Christ who admonished : “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you” ( Matthew 5:44).
