Word for Today: Happy weekend to everyone.

Happy weekend to the people of God in Christ Jesus.

“Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest” (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

Grace and peace be multiplied to you all (2Peter 1:2). Amen.

Thank you Jesus.

Word for Today: Be ye therefore Perfect as Jesus Christ is Perfect.

Word for Today: Be ye therefore Perfect as Jesus Christ is Perfect.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality(TS)

Memory verse:
“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48 )

Dearly Beloved
We salute everyone especially the family of our perfect God.

One of the biggest problems in the body of Christ (the Church ) today is that many Christians lack the concept of perfection. In our memory verse, Jesus Christ (the only perfect man that ever lived on earth) would not be telling His followers to be perfect if perfection was not possible with man. It’s SIN that has separated man from God ( Isaiah 59:1-2).

A major hindrance to human perfection is that many ‘born again’ Christians are not sanctified. The word of God sanctifies. The more of the word of God you sincerely have in your heart and in your spirit, the more sanctified you are. To be sanctified simply means to be thoroughly washed, cleaned up, be purified, be refined, be consecrated , set apart and declared holy. Only the truth in the word of God can truly sanctify a man. One single silly mistake is enough to kill a person.
We are serving a perfect God.

God is the only authentic platform for man’s perfection on earth. Truly, no one can be perfect by his own strength. Cleaving to God in oneness is very vital to attaining perfection on earth. This is God’s plan for his children. In the words of Prophet Jeremiah: “For as the girdle cleaveth to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, saith the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear” (Jeremiah 13:11). Please, let us hear HIM.

It’s good to know that oneness with God does not come without a price. The Scripture says Jesus himself  learnt  obedience by what he suffered, and was made perfect. The Word says: “Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered. And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him” (Hebrews 5:8-9). The challenges we go through in life are what God uses to transform us if we maintain the right focus, and faint not. God uses our life challenges to bring us to perfection.

Jesus enjoyed absolute oneness with his Father. He was able to say: “I and my Father are one” (John 10:30). Please note that, oneness does not necessarily connote equality, but  UNITY and POWER (this is a very common error of thinking even by big title holders in the Church). In the same book of John, in humility, Jesus was able to add: “for my Father is greater than I” (John 14:28). If Jesus was one with his Father, we can also be one with God the Father through Christ Jesus. This is a glorious oneness that Jesus extended to all true believers out of love. He says:  “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me” (John 17:22-23). Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

Beloved, today being symbolic of perfection, let us cleave to God in Christ in a quality relationship, praise, worship and meditation on his words, and as we do, may God arise for us in Jesus precious name. Amen.

Please ensure you walk with Him in righteousness, holiness and purity in the words of God. His name is Holy. He is the only spiritual ally you can trust hundred percent. Diligent practice of the words of God brings holiness, the exact nature of God. He does not compromise on holiness. The Word says:  Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity” (Habakkuk 1:13).

To have increasing spiritual knowledge, requires total fear of God, and  spiritual training in the word of God: ”Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

Dearly Beloved

Greetings to everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We bless God for the month of completion.

Do not let anything dampen your FAITH in our Lord Jesus Christ. God is always faithful in Christ Jesus.

God often uses our life challenges to build up our faith ( James 1:2-3). Let the sincere word of the the one and only living true God in the Holy Bible be your daily standard .

“There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all” ( Ephesians 4:4-6).

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” ( Phil 4:23).

Word for Today: Tell us your Testimony.

Word for Today: Tell us your Testimony.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality ( TS)

Memory Verse:

“For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy”(Rev 19:10).

Dearly Beloved, a genuine ENCOUNTER with the Living God in Christ should produce a testimony.

When the enemies have held someone captive, and the person thinks there is no way of escape, and suddenly, the person makes contact with the SOURCE of life, and He sets the person completely free, it is like a dream. This is why the Psalmist revealed:
“When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion,we were like them that dream…” (Psalm 126:1-3).

If God in Christ has done something marvelous for you, please go out and tell others. Go out and testify, so that He will do more for you. Do not be ashamed of testifying. Do not be ashamed of the gospel. Like the man born blind from birth went out to testify. While they were debating whether Jesus was a sinner or not, the man born blind from birth whose eyes were opened by the Lord testified:
“Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see”(John 9:25). Hallelujah!

The testimony of the Samaritan woman at the well, did not just convert a few people ,but entire community. She testified:
“Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?
(John 4:29). The Bible says: “And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did”(John 4:39).

When Peter had an encounter with Jesus, he realized he was a sinner and did not deserve such unimaginable breakthrough : “When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord’ (Luke 5:8).

The lame man healed by the Lord through Peter, at Temple gate, called Beautiful testified by: walking, and leaping, and praising God(Acts 3:8).

Saul, (now St Paul), following that epoch-making encounter with the Jesus, surrendered all, trembling and astonished, said: “Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?” (Acts 9:6).

When God decided to deal with an initially proud idol worshiping king, he surrendered and quickly acknowledged the living God. I love his testimony:
“And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation” (Daniel 4:34-35).

Following the miraculous crossing of the red sea, Moses was moved to compose a new song:
“Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? (Exodus 15:11)

Following Hannah’s divine victory of barrenness , she was moved to compose a new song:
“There is none holy as the Lord:for there is none beside thee:neither is there any rock like our God” (1Samuel 2:2)

The entire Bible is full of testimonies,

So what is your testimony? What is your song? What can you tell others about the new life or change Jesus Christ has brought to your life? Brethren, has Jesus done something for you? Has He healed you of that illness or afflictions which doctors could not like the woman with the issue of blood(Matt 9:20-22); Has he blessed you with wealth; has He blessed you with wisdom, then please, go out and testify, and He will do more for you. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Rev 19:10)

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” ( Phil 4:23).

Topic: Are you for Jesus or against Him ?- By Pastor Raphael

Text: Mark 9:40

“For he that is not against us is on our part.” (Mark 9:40)

In Christ Jesus, your position for Jesus Christ must be clear and emphatic. It is either you are for Christ or you are against Him; there is no middle ground. If you claim you are born again, then give yourself wholly to Jesus Christ and His gospel. Let whatever Jesus stands for be what you stand for; let whatever Jesus likes and loves be what you like and love; let whatever Jesus hates be what you hate (Ephesians 5:1-2).

If you claim you love Jesus Christ and stand for Him, yet you don’t do what He loves, you are a liar, you are against Him.

Dear beloved, does your conduct differ from that of Christ? If your answer is no, then you are for Christ; if it is yes, then you are against Christ. By their fruit you will know them (Matthew 7:20).

Topic: You Belong to God – Pastor Raphael
Text: Psalms 24:1

“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Psalm 24:1

Do you know that everything you have belongs to God? Do you know that you as a person belong to God? Well, the opening scripture points us to four major things that remain God’s heritage: the earth, things on the earth, the world, and the living things on the earth.

From these four things mentioned by the scripture, one could recognize that everything we own and our very person belongs to Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:16-17).

Where is the boasting then? No wonder Jesus said it will not profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul. If you are reading this message and you are not born again, it is time to give your life and soul to Jesus Christ.

Your properties cannot save you; your wealth cannot save you; your intellect cannot save you; in fact, all these belong to God any way! Let the name of the Lord be praised! Be an overcomer.
