*TOPIC:* Don’t Cover Your Sin!

*TEXT:* Isaiah 30:15 & Proverbs 28:13

“For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. Isaiah 30:15”

“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Proverbs 28:13”

The God of the universe is a holy God and does not trifle with His holiness.

Thus, all sins are primarily against God, so when you sin, never try to cover it. Ask God to forgive you and repent from your sin to find rest for your soul. When you cover your sins, you are opening doors for the devil and his cohort of darkness to operate in your life. Before long, they will begin to destroy you and extend it to your family (2 Samuel 12-15).

Living a holy life produces quietness, peace, confidence, and strength for successful Christian living.

Dear beloved, don’t compromise on any form of sin but live a righteous life so that you can share in your Father’s holiness. Hallelujah!

*TOPIC:* Take Control Of Your Mouth

*TEXT:* Ecclesiastes 5:2

Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. Ecclesiastes 5:2 (KJV)

The mouth is the natural opening on the face through which food passes into the body.

There is a spiritual reason why God created the mouth; He did not create the mouth only for eating, drinking, and talking. He created the mouth for us to use it to chart the course of our life: you can talk yourself up into your desired destiny or talk yourself down into undesirable destiny.

As a Christian, consider carefully what you say; control your mouth with the Word of God so that the words that come out of your mouth will be a blessing to you and to your audience, Hebrews 10:23.

Search the Word of God every day and declare them over your life and see God work to bring them to pass in your life. Be swift to listen and slow to speak. Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

Lord Jesus give me the grace to consider carefully your word, and to know how to control my mouth according to your word. Thank you Jesus. (Proverb 10:11)

Dearly Beloved

Wisdom is the principal thing in life. In all you are doing, seek wisdom. When God appeared to the young king Solomon, as a teenager at night and asked him to request for only ONE THING, he requested for WISDOM. God granted him wisdom plus other good things he never asked for. Please, read the story in (2Chronicles 1:7-12).

People, especially our youths should take their focus away from the ephemeral things of this world , instead keep their focus on things above. Every good thing you need shall be added unto you:

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” ( Matthew 6:33)
