Dearly Beloved

The truth in the word of God in Christ Jesus sanctifies.

Many people are born again but they are still carnal. The Holy Spirit cannot dwell in bodies that are NOT sanctified as the Holy Spirit is completely pure. If there is one thing every one of us should desire earnestly, it’s sanctification. Without being sanctified, the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in us. Cry to God in Christ for sanctification this season.

The more of the word of God you sincerely have in your heart and in your spirit, the more sanctified you are. To be sanctified simply means to be thoroughly washed, cleaned up, be purified, be refined, be consecrated , set apart and declared holy. Only the truth in the word of God can truly sanctify a man.

We are serving a Holy and perfect God. There is no imperfections or blemishes with Him. We need to cleave to Him in total obedience to His words in order to understand His divine nature. As sons, we are a partaker of His divine nature . Do not remain in ignorance of this truth.

Like apostle Paul, let pray for sanctification in the church.

“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” ( 1 Thessalonians 5:23).

Stay connected to your SOURCE of strength. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Keep your mind positive. Be merciful and compassionate to one another.

Prayer Point

Father, please, sanctify us by the truth in your word in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” ( Matthew 5:48).

Dearly Beloved

Jesus Christ is a living example of a perfect man who ever lived. Let’s emulate Him. Whenever you are challenged, remember Jesus. How would Jesus react in such situation? Perfection is an individual responsibility.

In Christ Jesus, our God is perfect and He expects His children to walk with Him in perfection. Many Christians are unable to pay attention to details. They treat mistakes and errors lightly. A single mistake may be bad enough to end a person’s life prematurely. The truth is that no man can be perfect by his own strength or works but the Holy Spirit of God accomplishes perfection . When God called Abraham, he was directed to pay attention to details and be perfect:

“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect” (Genesis 17:1).

In Christ Jesus our God does not compromise on perfection. He only gives perfect gifts to His children:

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” ( James 1:17).

As you study the word of God, please learn to pay attention to details and be diligent. All the blessings of Deuteronomy 28:1-14, requires diligence and perfection. A single error could deprive you of God’s blessings.

Stay connected to JESUS, the Word. No one can be compared with Jesus. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Have a blessed new week, filled with the Holy Spirit.

Be compassionate and kind to one another.

Dear Father, we pray for everyone sincerely connected to your Word, that they may experience perfection through your word and that men may see their good works in Christ Jesus and glorify your holy name, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Improving Our Spiritual Understanding

“The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion” ( Proverbs 28:1).

Dearly Beloved

A life of righteousness is mandatory for every Christian. Righteousness exalts a person. The word of God says:

“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people” ( Proverbs 14:34)

I am convinced that lack of understanding of righteousness is where most Christians miss the mark. I will NOT stop writing on the subject of righteousness, because it is at the foundation of Christianity.

To be anointed above our peers, we are required to love righteousness and hate iniquity ( Hebrews 1:9).

What exactly is righteousness? Is it possible for the fallible man to be righteous? How can a mortal man live a life of righteousness? Why is righteousness so important to God in Christ? These are relevant questions that a true Christian should be interested in exploring.

No man can be righteous on his own. At new birth, a man acquires the nature of God in the human body. Our righteousness is from God in Christ Jesus:

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him” (2Corinthians 5:21).

“In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee” (Isaiah 54:14).

Without the word of God to guide, direct and expose our errors, a life of righteousness will be impossible.

Stay connected to JESUS, the righteousness of God to man. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Have a Spirit-filled new weekend.

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

Dear Father, please let your word come alive in our lives in Jesus name. Amen. Please, help us to have increasingly understanding of righteousness in Jesus mighty Name. Amen.
