Dearly Beloved

Recognise your Delilah!

Some people misinterpret the word of God due to lack of spiritual understanding. It’s your responsibility to curse those things that interfere with your destiny or the destiny of your family and friends. Do not tolerate what is bent on destroying your destiny. At times, all you need to do is speak few powerful words. But remember to ensure you are in the right standing with the Lord.

Some believers only know Jesus as the Lamb, but He did not pretend with anything interfering with His destiny. Jesus is also the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Hear Him:

“But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me”

(Luke 19:27)

Again, the bible says when Jesus was famished, He saw a fig tree at a distance and walked towards it expecting to eat from it but was disappointed. Hear Him:

“And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it”(Mark 11:14)

“And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away” ( Mark 11:21)

You too can curse what ever is interfering with your destiny .

Be spiritually wise

Stay connected with JESUS, also called the Word. He is the Way, the Life and the Truth. Be prayerful.

Father, please give me the grace to recognise hindrances to my destiny in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing” ( James 1:2-4).

Beloved

How can you rejoice when you are faced with challenges? Our memory verse is one subject that many believers would really struggle with. How do you rejoice when you are experiencing a major trauma eg the loss of a loved one? Yet, that is exactly what St James is asking us to do as believers . Believe me, this will be difficult with the natural man; only the Holy Spirit of God dwelling in a man can accomplish this.

Remember Joseph in prison for crime he did not commit. Remember Daniel being thrown into the lion den following false accusations. Did you expect them to rejoice? You will notice that both joy and long suffering are together as fruit of the Spirit: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” ( Galatians 5:22-23).

Learning to rejoice and praise God in the middle of problem is a life secret that many believers need to learn . Remember when king Jehoshaphat of Judah was to be attacked by three nations . How he appointed praise singers to praise God and all his enemies turned against themselves (2Chronicles 20:21-23).

This explains why apostle Paul standing on the word of God, assured us:

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” ( Romans 8:28).

There is no problems that you are having now that others have not passed through; others have gone through worse problems.

Have you praised God in Christ Jesus this morning?

True blessings from the LORD are not associated with sorrow.

The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22).

Dearly Beloved

When God blesses a person, there is no sorrow associated with it.

The blessings that come from the true and living God, the Father of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ can never be interfered with by man or the devil.

It’s an irreversible blessing. However, you have a responsibility to receive and sustain such blessing. It’s an individual responsibility. Have faith in God.

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Philippians 4:23).

Stay connected to the Word . Be knowledgeable. Be enlightened.

Do no think evil against anyone.

Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Be compassionate and kind to one another.

Dearly Beloved

Blessed new day the Lord has made.

In Christ Jesus, you can do all things. Think so, imagine so and believe so. Do not use your thoughts to limit yourself.

Man is the sum total of his thoughts, perceptions, imaginations, speech and confessions.

There is an irreversible link between  what we predominantly think, imagine, confess, believe and our actions as well as how we behave. The word of God speaks to build your faith, while the devil speaks fear.

If our minds are filled with thoughts of doubt, fear, uncertainty,  anxiety and failure, this will be reflected in what we say and how we behave, for the word of God says:

“for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh” (Matt 12:34).

What are your predominant thoughts?  The word of God says we are what we think about most of the time ( Proverbs 23:7).  Do you think and believe that nothing is impossible with God in Christ Jesus ( Luke 1:37).

Negative thoughts, speech and confession are very rampant in our societies, even amongst believers. We cannot think sadness and expect to be happy. We cannot think defeat and expect victory.,We cannot think fear, and expect to have confidence. If you think, you cannot do it, then you cannot do it. This is contrary to faith, based on the word of God which: ‘calleth those things which be not as though they were’(Rm 4:17).  Remember that God spoke light out of darkness ( Genesis 1:3).

When we align our thoughts to the higher thoughts of God through spiritual training, it is amazing how our minds begin to work. Gods thoughts and ways can not be imagined by man. The word of God says: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Isa 55:8-9).

I  love the way apostle Paul concluded his epistle to the Philippians:

‘Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things’ (Phil 4:8).

I have it deep in my spirit that God the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are going to be glorified exceedingly and abundantly in our lives this month of grace . Please, let pay attention to details in the word of grace.

Stay connected to Jesus Christ, the Word. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Prayer Point

Dear Father, please enhance my intimacy with you through your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
