The Word (78)-Empowered for goodness

“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” ( Acts 10:38).
Beloved

If you have received the Holy Spirit, then you have been empowered for goodness. Anointing by the Holy Spirit is the source of empowerment. When our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was anointed by His Father , He went about doing good. Unfortunately, there are many people in the house of God with reprobate minds who are mixing the anointing of God with evil. This is ungodly. Remember, Gehazi in 2Kings Chapter 5 :1-27.

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” ( Acts 1:8).
Do no evil to anyone with the anointing you have received. Avoid greed. Avoid worrying. Be truthful, honest, just and fair:
“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8).

PRAYER

Father, please empower me mightily and use me for your goodness in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Do exploits with the Word.
“… but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32).
Beloved

The word of God is quick and powerful. The word of God has been given to us to do exploits in life. You can send the Word to heal any sick person, settle any crisis situation and calm any storm. There is power in the word of God.
“He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions” ( Psalm 107:20).
“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power” (1Corinthian 4:20).
Prayer

Father, please empower me to do exploits in your kingdom through your Son in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (77)-All things NEW!

The Word (77)-All things NEW!

“And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful” (Revelation 21:5).

Beloved

Our Lord is making all things new. However, you have to key into it. Transformation can occur in all aspects of your life if you are willing and in obedience.
Everything about God in Christ Jesus is supernatural. The Word of God is not ordinary. Do not worry yourself about how God will do it in your life. He can make rivers in the desert. Your responsibility is to focus on righteousness, purity and holiness, and encourage others to do the same. Are you willing? I pray you are.
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” ( Isaiah 43:19).
PRAYER

Father, please sanctify me through your word, and do a NEW THING in my life in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

God of perfection.
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect” (Genesis 17:1).
Beloved

In Christ Jesus, our God is a God of perfection. He does NOT compromise on perfection. The challenges you go through in life should help you to learn and attain perfection in life if you keep your focus on the Lord. Many people of God have missed their blessings because they lack understanding of perfection.
In Christ, God’s desire is for His children to be perfect. He called Abraham to a life of perfection and also directs us:

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5:48).
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” ( James 1:17).

Prayer

Father, please help me to attain perfection in life through your Son in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
