Word for Today

The Word (27)-the Word of God hates SIN.

“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee” (John 5:14).

Beloved 

The Word of God loves sinners but He passionately hates sin. Many people have lost their grace and blessings in life because of falling victim of the three letters word, SIN.
In my opinion, sin begins with our thoughts, words and progress to actions that are contrary to the word of God. Sin attracts many adverse consequences, including diseases as Jesus himself highlighted in the above scripture .

There may be no universally acceptable definition of sin. However, I love Saint James revelation of it: 

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin” (James 4:17).

Please, stop sinning or worse challenges will come to you.

Receive the grace to abstain from sin in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Word for Today

The Word (26)-the Word says the kingdom of God is not food, drink or money.

“For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost” (Romans 14:17)

Beloved 

The kingdom of God is a kingdom of righteousness, peace & joy in the Holy Ghost.
I have observed pictures of money on internet such as Facebook by some ministries asking people to type ‘amen’ and key into new anointing for financial blessing, in a rather magical way. Please, be very careful in keying into it. No doubt, many are exploiting the current level of poverty especially in Nigeria and the get rich quick mentality of some people. Please, be cautious. Do NOT say ‘amen’ to such messages. Please, pray and find out the truth for yourself.
God is more than able to supply all your needs ( Ephesians 3:20). Focus on Him and put trust in Him.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you ” ( Matthew 6:33).

Receive the grace to put your trust and focus on the Word in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (25)-Let the ministry of the word be your number one priority.

“But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word” (Acts 6:4)

Beloved 

When the Lord revealed the ministry of the word (Acts 6:4) to me in 2008, very little did I know of what he wanted me to do with it.
We bless God for grace; on a daily basis, the Lord Himself is making the vision clearer. No doubt many people that the Lord has connected with me through this ministry, still lack good understanding of the vision of the ministry.

The Word of God wants to occupy the CENTRE of your heart, not the periphery, right side or the left. Prayerfully sharing the pure undiluted word of God with others should not be something you do when it’s convenient. Please, learn to make it your number one priority. There after, in Christ Jesus, you will begin to experience God in a dimension you never dreamed of.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you ” ( Matthew 6:33).

Receive the grace to make the ministry of the word of God your number one priority in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Word for Today

The Word (24)-the Word of God should give you peace, victory & prosperity.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Beloved 

The thoughts of God (words of God) toward you are those of peace and prosperity. However, it’s your personal responsibility to align your own thoughts (and words) with that of God. Think and plan no evil towards anyone, and evil should never prosper in your life. Remember, in life, you reap what you sow. 
The word of God is all about goodness. Sow the word of God into the life of others and watch the harvest time. There is no reason to fear, when you follow goodness. The Word asks:

“And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? ” (1Peter 3:13).

Receive the grace to align your thoughts with the word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
