Word for Today

The Word (20)-the word of God TRANSFORMS.

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” ( Romans 12:2)

Beloved 

No matter your current state, situation or circumstances, the word of God can transform you. Testimonies abound of the word of God changing ridicules to miracles. Take your focus away from the problems, rather focus on the solution. Your time of transformation is NOW.

It’s your turn to move from glory to glory according to the Word which says:
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD” (2Corinthians 3:18).

Receive the grace of transformation by the word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (19)-the word of God makes you CLEAN.

“Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you” (John 15:3).

Beloved 

The word of God is the spiritual water that keep your body, soul and spirit clean. Without the word of God, spiritually speaking, you are dirty, ugly and unattractive. We are kept clean by the word of God.
Apostle Paul while admonishing husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church ( Ephesians 5:25), added: “That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word”(Ephesians 5.26).

Receive the grace of cleansing and purifying through the word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (17)-Please, do Everything Heartily as to the Word.

“And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men” (Colossians 3:23).

Beloved 

In the above scripture, lies a great secret of life. Many people, including children of God, lack the understanding that everyone is meant to be a co-labourer with God. Wrong attitude to work has deprived many of their blessings. We have been recreated in 

“Christ Jesus unto good works” ( Ephesians 2:10).
Henceforth, please do every piece of work given to you heartily as if you are working for the Lord. Be a builder, and not a destroyer. The Word says:

“For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building” (1Corinthians 3:9)
2nd August is of great significance to MOW’s family, as it’s my wife (Iyobosa) date of birth. Please, join me in praying that GRACE & PEACE be multiplied unto her ( 2 Peter 1:2) in Jesus Name.

Receive the grace to be a co-builder with God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (16)-the Word of God is the Truth.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

Beloved 

Joyful new month of August 2016. August is a month of new beginning. May everything in your life begin a fresh in Jesus name. Amen ( Revelation 21:5).
Beloved, the Word of God is the truth. I am often amazed at the capacity of children of God to lie and twist things. The Word says only the truth can make you free ( John 8:32).

Receive the grace to always defend the truth in Jesus Name. Amen.
