How often do you LEARN to be STILL before the LORD? No doubt, God loves our loud PRAISE and Noise. Psalm 100:1 says: Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
However, if you want to see God in ACTION, you have to learn to be STILL, SILENT, and QUIET, before the Lord from time to time. God has already started to do something through us that will MARVEL many people. I am not just saying this out of emotions, but rather, I stand on the authority of the word of God: Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you (Hab 1:5). If you are truly born again, then spiritually, you have been recreated by God in Christ Jesus, therefore you are for Signs and Wonders (Isaiah 8:18).
There is a new evidence based psychological therapy in Health Science, called Mindfulness Therapy, use to treat common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and stress related problems. Mindfulness Therapy, is a practical therapy, with emphasis on patient being guided to focus their minds on HERE and NOW, aimed at developing increasing self control of the mind. The word of God enables us to know that what we focus our mind on is vital to our health and overall wellbeing, hence Brother Paul admonishes us: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things (Phil 4:8). We thank God that science is now fully in agreement with the word of God.
In conclusion, to see God in action in your life, learn to focus on Him (His words), in silence and quietness. Learn to be still before the Lord. If I may ask you, what are your predominant thoughts? Never forget, as a man thinketh in his heart so is he (Prov 23:7). Many in the body of Christ, daily get overwhelmed by the challenges and issues of life, no wonder it may be difficult for them to enjoy the Presence and Leading, of the Lord, which is usually with a still small voice: And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice (1Kings 19:11-12). Many in the body of Christ have turned prayers to monologue. They are the only one talking to God, and very rarely wait in silence to hear from God. Whereas God is saying: Be still and know that I am God.
True spiritual training will ultimately enable us to develop the Mind of Christ (1Cor 2:16). A mind that knows what to do in every situation and circumstance. A mind full of grace, truth, love, purity, joy, glory etc. An extremely humble mind! A mind that esteems others above himself. A mind that is peaceful. A mind that avoid strife at all cost. A mind that is other-centered! A mind that honors others above ourselves.

In the Ministry Of the Word (MOW)-Acts 6:4, we primarily encourage and empower believers to be rich in the words of God: let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom (Col 3:16). The entrance of the WORD is the true source of LIGHT in a dark world(Ps 119:130). We also encourage believers to speak to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs (Eph 5:19). We encourage everyone to seek first the kingdom of God & his righteousness(Matt 6:33). Righteousness exalts(Prov 14:34). We emphasize that pure Christianity is about True Spirituality in Christ Jesus. We emphasize that the POWER in the blood of Jesus has set us FREE from bondage, and that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2Cor 3:17). Jesus is the Truth(John 14:6). The words of God are spirit & are Life(John 6:63). We allow the Scriptures to answer all questions. We create the awareness that Jesus has made all true believers :kings and priests unto God and his FatherRev 1:6). In addition, as a spiritual body, we also empower unbelievers, using the principles of our Lord Jesus Christ with the understanding that when they witness the power of the living God, they will exalt his holy name (Psalm 46:10). One major objective of MOW is to increasingly improve everyone’s spiritual understanding! Spiritual ignorance is a major cause of human destruction(Hosea 4:6). Indeed, many children of God have gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge(Isa 5:13). Please note that the MOW is an initiative and the spiritual arm of Abasi Health Foundation (AHF). AHF is a registered NGO in Nigeria , with the primary objective of empowering all groups of people to optimize their health. It is aimed at encouraging everyone to have increasing awareness of three broad levels of health: Physical, Mental and Spiritual. May God give you the grace of increasing understanding in Jesus Name.
