For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? Matthew 5:46 (KJV)
The love that God demonstrated to mankind is called agape love. It is holy, self-giving, faithful, steadfast love that is not dependent on sentimental feelings or likes and dislikes. This is the kind of love Christ demonstrated on the cross of Calvary. He sacrificed His life for the whole world. In like manner, He wants us to love everyone irrespective of their religious background, race, language, educational status, financial status etc.
Dear beloved, if you discriminate in showing love to others, you will not receive any reward from the LORD. Love those who even hate you and you will be like our heavenly Father who gives rain and sunshine to those who are unthankful.
May God give you the grace to be a channel of blessing to everyone in your world. Praise the Lord! Be an overcomer.
