I encourage you in the name of the Lord, that you do not focus on your daily challenges. Be encouraged by the words of apostle Paul who never allowed his circumstances to hinder him. While in the midst of storms, hear him:“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body” (2Corinthians 4:8-10). AMEN.

Text: Luke 12:15
“And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.” Luke 12:15 KJV
Jesus Christ was teaching the disciples when a man interrupted him to ask his brothers to divide their inheritance with him. This man put an inheritance first before the Word of God, and Jesus had to counsel him.
Covetousness is an evil desire of greed: a thirst for pursuing possessions without ever being satisfied.
Jesus Christ said there is more to life than possessions; no wonder He said what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul (Mark 8:36).
The soul is more essential than material wealth, and one must choose to secure the soul for eternal life.
Beware of covetousness because it can change your focus and lead you to destruction. It has led many to engage in all manner of crimes for material things.
Dear beloved, beware of covetousness, and be content with what God has given you. Choose the Word, and live the Word! Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer

Blessed new day that the Lord has made.There is no limits to which a true Christian can go higher. You can keep going from glory to glory if you keep your focus on the embodiment of glory, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ . This is what our memory verse is revealing to us. Keep your focus on Jesus, the Word of God ( John 1:1). Refuse to be distracted by the things of this world.
One major challenge in the body of Christ (the Church) today is that many Christians get easily distracted. You don’t have to pay attention to everything that come your way. Many events are there to distract you from looking unto Jesus…(Hebrews 12:2). The Word says:
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2).
