Topic: Are You Relying On Man? -by pastor Raphael
Text: Isaiah 2:22
“Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accouted of?” Isaiah 2:22 (KJV)
Beloved
Relying on man is a sign of lack of understanding. As a child of God, you should know that God called you to depend on Him; He is capable of taking care of you. Sometimes we lose focus and begin to rely on human beings because they are the ones we can see.God wants us to stop putting our trust in people. Stop relying on man, in whose nostrils is a mere breath after all, he doesn’t count for much, does he?. Man does not count because they are limited in their abilities and could die any time.
Dearly beloved, be sociable but don’t rely on human beings; rely on God who is Omnipresent and has limitless abilities to take care of you. May God give you discernment to focus and depend on Him. Hallelujah! You Are An Overcomer!

Dearly Beloved
Blessed new day the LORD has made.
Be not discouraged because of what is going on in the contemporary world. God is in control. The challenges you are facing right now should deepen your faith in God in Christ Jesus. This may sound impossible with the natural man but a regenerated spirit does not based his faith on things he sees but on things he cannot see. Hence, St James admonished true believers to rejoice in the midst of adversity:
“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing” ( James 1:2-4).
Be confident that God has answered your prayers in the spirit realm, provided your request is in line with His WILL:
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him” (1John 5:14-15).Stay connected with Jesus, the Word. Let all your prayers in accordance with the word of God.
Thank you Father for intervening in the affairs of Nigeria. Thank you Jesus for your love to humanity despite our unfaithfulness.

Dearly Beloved
We salute everyone, especially the family of the Lord, with ‘an holy kiss’ (Romans 16:16).
No matter your circumstances, do everything possible to praise God if you can. Keep your focus on HIM rather than on your challenges. Testimonies abound in the Book of those that praise God during their trials, and God visited them. Unfortunately, many people keep their focus on their trials so often.
The Psalmist admonished:
“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
5 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
6 Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him” ( Psalm 67:3-7).As you keep praising God irrespective of your situation, expect a divine visitation. Paul and Silas experience should encourage every true believer:
“And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed” (Acts 16:25-26).Stay connected with Jesus, the Word. Praise HIM everyday.
Thank you Jesus for your love.

Dearly Beloved
Blessed new week to everyone especially the family of God.
Nothing is too hard for God. The Word through Prophet Jeremiah says:
“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee” ( Jeremiah 32:17).The word of God had already provided an answer before asking the question in verse 27:
“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” ( Jeremiah 32:27).Let’s keep our faith alive. Nothing is impossible with our God in Christ Jesus ( Luke 1:37). When Jesus was on earth, He went about doing good. He is still going about doing good. Amen. That challenge of yours is nothing before the God of gods.
Stay connected with Jesus, the Word.
Thank you Jesus.
