“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his0 commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee” (Exodus 15:26).

Brethren,

The scripture has given us insight of how the children of God can avoid diseases and all forms of ailing situations.

The keys to avoid diseases are to diligently hearken, do right, pay attention, and keeping his Word.

First of all to diligently hearken is to listen to the Word of God with the aim of putting it to action.

Secondly, doing right means acting on the Word of God the way He wants it to be done.

Thirdly, paying attention is to listen to God in all details.

Lastly, keeping his Word is to make conscious effort to retain the Word in our heart and mind.

These four keys work hand in hand. Jesus Christ has made things easy for us to please God by giving us his grace and the Holy Spirit.

Hence, it is easy for a Christian to win the war against disease.

Lord, I choose to believe Your Word which says You are faithful and Your Word is forever settled in heaven (Habakkuk 2:2).

Fear and all that Satan represents shall not have dominion over me (Romans 6:14).

*Topic:* Meeting Your Maker

“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it Ecclesiastes 12:7.”

The scripture above illustrates that there is an end to life on earth. The body returns to the earth and the spirit to God who gave it. Those who do not believe that there is another life after death should know that when life ends on earth the soul appears before God for judgment.

“For it is appointed unto men once to die and after this the judgment Hebrews 9:27.”

Those who have the liberty to rejoice are the born again Christians because they have passed life on earth and have attained eternal life. They are judged for rewards but the unbeliever is judged unto damnation because he did not believe in Christ Jesus. Let us live in this world with the mindset that one day we will give account to God for our stewardship. The almighty God has made Jesus Christ the Judge to judge the living and the dead.

Dear beloved, nobody can avoid Christ Jesus; everyone will appear before Him for the final judgment.

Lord help me to be conscious of your coming (Matthew 24:4).

Dearly Beloved

Greetings to everyone especially the family of our Lord Jesus Christ. We bless the Lord for a brand new day.

Brethren, Christ is a body of knowledge that needs to be learned . It’s unfortunate that many Christians of today are walking in ignorance. Many Christians are in captivity because of ignorance:

“Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst” (Isaiah 5:13)

In our memory verse the word of God says the early believers were of “one heart and of one soul “. This is the exact nature of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Compare to what is happening in the church today. The church members get poorer while the church leaders get richer. When you watch some videos of how some pastors get money from their members, you have no doubt that ignorance is really dangerous.

Recently, I was discussing the word of God and the church with a Christian brother on the telephone and he kept making reference to Hebrews 10:25, do not forsake the assembly of brethren. I needed to explain to him that this was a wise counsel by apostle Paul, but not a command. And that it’s not a mere physical gathering of people but spiritual gathering of sons God. And that discussing and sharing the word of God like we were doing on the telephone was a part of the gathering and I referred him to Matthew 18:20. I asked him how many people that normally gathered in his church have fulfilled the commandment in Colossians 3:16 and he laughed.

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord” ( Colossians 3:16).

Actually when I asked the brother where do not forsake the assembly of brethren is written, his reply was: it is in the bible.

You tell people you are a Christian, when last did you say “it is written ” ( Matthew 4: 4-10).

Let your heart be filled richly with the word of Christ.

Spend time with the Word and be free indeed. It would then be very difficult for you to be oppressed or deceived by people who have corrupted the word of God and only look after their pockets.

Stay connected to JESUS, also called the Word. He is the bread of life. He is the true light of the world. Be knowledgeable. Seek wisdom. Be enlightened.

Keep your thoughts & mind positive & healthy . Avoid negativity as much as possible.

Think no evil against anyone. Live in peace with one another as much as it depends on you.

Be compassionate and kind to one another.

Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Dear Father, please give your church the grace to be one in heart and soul in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Father, please continue to frustrate and expose every pretender and wrong doer in our churches and societies in Jesus name.

Thank you Jesus for filling my heart richly with the word of Christ.

Dearly Beloved

We salute everyone especially the family of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the day the Lord has made.

We want to encourage someone out there to begin to value the word of Christ above every other thing, henceforth. Let the word of Christ dwell in your heart richly. You cannot develop relationship with Jesus Christ over night. Be mindful of the word you speak.

Man was created to function optimally at three broad levels: physical, mental and spiritual. Unfortunately, due to spiritual ignorance (Hosea 4:6), many people tend not to function optimally at the spiritual level. Spiritual functioning is often left only in the hands of the priests, pastors, reverend fathers etc. Jesus is a very good example of a man who was optimally fruitful while on earth. He was fruitful physically, mentally and spiritually. Today, by his special grace, many of us are beneficiaries of his all-round fruitfulness, even though many are not sufficiently appreciative of Him. Man is never complete without optimal functioning at the physical, mental and spiritual levels: “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power”(Colossians 2:10).

True Spirituality is not a function of our praying ability or ability to fast . Neither is it a reflection of the number of times we ‘go to church’ or our involvement in church activities in the physical sense.

True spirituality is found only in the word of God which is Jesus Christ. Jesus said: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6:63). The of words of God are spirit and they are life. True spirituality is to do with our ability to put the word of God into practice. The higher our true spirituality level, the higher our ability to practice the word of God. The higher our ability to practice the word of God, the more we are able to commit God to perform His work through us. Hence, the more fruitful our life on earth will be. Indeed, the word of God is the Word of Life(1John1:1).

Spiritual development in Christ Jesus enables us to have certain spiritual qualities, which are the nature of God in Christ, such as the‘fruit of the Spirit’ (Galatians 5:22). Fruitfulness of the spirit will enable believers to develop spiritual understanding and to carry out spiritual exploits in the kingdom.

Let your heart be filled richly with the word of Christ.

Spend time with the Word.
