Dearly Beloved
Happy new month of supernatural abundance.
Greetings in the name of Jesus. We bless God in Christ for the victory in His word, and for the new thing He is doing in our lives.
All over the world, in the past and presently, true believers often travel long distances to look for God in Christ Jesus . The truth is that if Christ is well formed in your heart (Gal 4:19), then be sure you are a carrier of the presence God. However, you need understanding to enable the God within you to be manifested.
When Jesus was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God will come, His response was: “the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). This revelation is loaded with hidden meaning. The Bible says our body is the living temple of God, hence we are to keep it holy. According to Apostle Paul with the help of the Holy Spirit: “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” (1Corinthians 6:19). He continued : “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s” (1Corinthians 6:20). Holiness is a key factor to being a carrier of the presence of God. Holiness is linked to purity. No wonder Jesus Himself taught us: “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God” ( Matthew 5:8). Ensure you have no bad or evil thoughts against any one.
We need this spiritual understanding and God’s consciousness in our walk with God in Christ Jesus. Once, we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, then the true God lives in us through His HolySpirit. This is why Apostle John assured us: “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). This is why Brother Paul assured us:”Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27).This why king David, the Psalmist, with the help of the Holy Spirit revealed to us: ” I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High” (Psalm 82:6). Apostle John revealed all true believers as sons of God ( John 1:11-12). As a son of God, you are god yourself.
Once, you have received Jesus Christ into your heart, there is the need for you to grow in grace and knowledge that is in Christ Jesus, to enable Christ to be well formed in you. The plan of God is to manifest all true believers as Jesus Christ on earth, and enable them do greater works; Apostle Paul clearly revealed this to us: “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God” (Rom 8:19).
God is a Spirit (John 4:24). The Holy Spirit of God will not dwell in a vessel (body) that is impure. What is that ‘habit’ that you secretly hold unto, which you know very well does not glorify God in your life? You may call it any name, but if it does not bring glory to God, please drop it NOW. Is it procrastination? Is it laziness? Is it coldness? Is it miserliness? Is it sleeping too much? Is it impure thoughts? Is it immoral thoughts? Is it poverty of ideas? Is it reluctance to share the word of God to draw people to the kingdom of Light? Everyone has a role to play. Don’t leave evangelism to only your ‘pastors’. Remember that only the Father can draw anyone to Jesus Christ ( John 6:44). As a Spirit, God has thoughts, feelings, ears, eyes etc. The Holy Spirit cannot withstand imperfection. The word of God affirms this “Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity”(Habakkuk 1:13).
Many people have been ‘going to church ‘ for years, with nothing to show for it. Some believers lack the understanding that because of impurities the Holy Spirit finds it difficult to dwell in them. Some people make Christianity so uninteresting that even unbelievers do not envy them. They are toothless or powerless Christians. If you belong to this category, please wake up this new month NOW. Arise and shine for your light has come ( Isaiah 60:1).
To optimise your work and walk with God in Christ, you need to carry that consciousness that the kingdom God is within you. The kingdom of God is a kingdom of power, glory light, boldness, hardwork, righteousness, holiness, transparency, honesty, integrity, truth, compassion , comfort, peace, joy and love.
There are no sicknesses or diseases in the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has healed all diseases by His stripes.
Stay connected with JESUS, the Word. Be knowledgeable; Be wise; Be enlightened.
Connect, Change & Live (CCL)
To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). However, the first thing you must desire greatly is total spiritual freedom through the truth in the word of God ( John 8:32).
Become a Disciple, Ambassador and a Missionary for Jesus Christ on a daily basis as a redeemed of the LORD.
Ensure you think no evil against anyone.
Be compassionate and kind to one another.
Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, the Lord.
Prayer Points
Dear Father, please make me outstanding in being a carrier of your presence in Jesus name. Amen. Dear Father, please continue to frustrate, expose and flush out every pretender, hypocrite and every worker of iniquity in our midst in Jesus name. Amen
