Word for Today: Vengeance is for the Lord.

Word for Today: Vengeance is for the Lord

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord” (Romans 12:19).

Dearly Beloved

We salute the great family of God all over the world. Be expectant of a great new week.

Beloved , “Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men” ( Romans 12:17-18).

We all have a common enemy, called Satan or the devil. Unfortunately, we cannot see him with our natural eyes; we can only see him the with our spiritual eyes because the devil is a spirit. The devil needs vessels to operate, both human and non human vessels. Only spiritual understanding through the word of God can keep the enemies away from our lives. It may seem rational to react in certain ways, especially, when we are challenged, but the Word says:

“Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good” ( Romans 12:20-21).

Yes, we can learn to overcome evil with good. Let’s leave vengeance to God.

Word for Today: What a great love!

Word for Today: What a great love!

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).

God’s love to man in Christ Jesus is unfathomable :

“Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not” ( 1John 3:1).

Word for Today: There is no darkness in Christ Jesus.

Word for Today: There is no darkness in Christ Jesus.

Ministry Of the Word(MOW) : True Spirituality (TS).

Memory Verse

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all ” (1John 1:5).

Dearly Beloved

Joyful weekend to the great people of God out there. Please, imitate Christ, not man.

The true message is that God is light. There is no trace of darkness in God at all . There is no darkness in God of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I often wonder why there are so much dishonesty, pretences, deceits, hypocrisies , seductions, manipulations and exploitations in the church. I often wonder why many preachers do not often quote: “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give” (Matthew 10:8), yet this scripture was given by our Lord Jesus Christ Himself . I often wonder why many preachers are very good at quoting Malachi 3:10, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it”. I often wonder why Jesus Christ Himself, never quoted this Malachi once through out His earthly ministry. Yet, the book of Malachi was already in existence when Jesus was on earth . I often wonder why preachers don’t often quote:

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone” ( Matthew 23:23).

Why is it that many Christians do NOT obey some scriptures spoken by Jesus Christ Himself through the Holy Spirit? Such as:

“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven” (Matthew 23:9).

Yet these scriptures were given by Jesus Himself. Please, ponder on them.

The church is meant to be an embodiment of light. The church is meant to be the epitome of purity and holiness. The church is meant to be the custodian of divine nature. There should be no trace of darkness in the church. Whether you believe me or not, I can say categorically that there is much darkness in the church today . Please, if any reader of this message has revelations or understanding as to why the word of God is being ‘sold’ by men and women of God, under different guises, let him or she educate me. We receive the word of God freely. Why are we not giving the word of God freely to people? Jesus Christ our mentor, never preached the word of God for money or ‘sold’ the word of God once while on earth.

True, if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into a pit ( Luke 6:39).

Ignorance is darkness; yet there is so much ignorance in the church. Fear, doubt, unbelief, sickness, poverty, frustration, stagnation, bondage, failure etc , are products of darkness. No wonder, these challenges are common in the church .

Only the truth can make you free indeed:

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed” (John 8:36).

Stay connected with Jesus, the Word. Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Stand by the truth. Only the truth can make you free ( John 8:32).

Be followers of Christ, NOT followers of men.

Word for Today: Please, don’t talk too much.

Word for Today: Please , don’t talk too much.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

“In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise” (Proverbs 10:19).

Dearly Beloved,
This is the day the LORD has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

There are people  who naturally like talking so much that it can be very difficult to interrupt them, even in the body of Christ (the church). Always remember our memory verse. Let’s learn from the wisest king of Israel who ever lived, who admonished us:

“Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few” (Ecclesiastes 5:2).

Let’s learn from Jesus Himself who when he was tortured, tormented and about to be crucified did not talk much, rather simply spoke a few words:

“…Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do…” ( Luke 23:34).

The word of God admonishes to learn silence :

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth” ( Psalm 46:10).

Stay connected with Jesus, the Word. Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Stand by the truth. Only the truth can make you free indeed ( John 8:32).

Be careful with your thoughts, words, and actions.

Prayer Points

Father, please help use to choose a life of righteousness in Jesus name. Amen. Please, Father, continue to expose every pretender in our midst in Jesus name. Amen.

Thank you Jesus. Blood of Jesus!
