Memory Verse

“In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise” (Proverbs 10:19).

Dearly Beloved,

Blessed new day the LORD has made to the family of God all over the world .

Some people are accustomed to much talking, so much that it can be very difficult to interrupt them, even in the body of Christ (the church). Always remember our memory verse. Let’s learn from the wisest king of Israel who ever lived, who admonished us:

“Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few” (Ecclesiastes 5:2).

Let’s learn from Jesus Himself who when he was tortured, tormented and about to be crucified did not talk much, rather simply spoke a few words:

“…Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do…” ( Luke 23:34).

Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Stand by the truth. Only the truth can make you free indeed ( John 8:32).

Be careful with your thoughts, words, and actions.

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers” (Ephesians 4:29).

Beloved, Good morning. Death and Life are in the power of the tongue ( Proverbs 18:21). Therefore , speak only edifying words to yourself and others. Jesus Christ Himself is a body of knowledge to be learnt (Ephesians 4:20). Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

Be careful of your thoughts, words, and action.

Word for Today: Everyone shall give Account on the day Judgment.

“But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment” ( Matthew 12:36).

Beloved, whether you believe it on not, one day you will stand before your maker to give account of your stewardship on earth. This is the truth . Apostle Paul reiterated this :

“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12).

Be careful of your thoughts, words, and actions .

Word for Today: “…Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty…”

“And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come” ( Revelations 4:8).

Beloved, it’s time to praise the living God our LORD. Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD God Almighty. The one who was; the one who is; the one who is to come. The God that is higher than the highest; the God that is greater than the greatest; the Way, the Truth and the Life; the Light of the world . The divine Creator of heaven and earth; the one who created all things but he himself was not created; the Alpha and the Omega; the beginning and the last. The one with whom nothing is impossible ( Luke 1:37). The LORD God Almighty. The “great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments” ( Nehemiah 1:5). Our true source. The same yesterday, today and for ever ( Hebrews 13:8) etc. Worship Him with his functional names. Thank you Jesus.

As the four angelic heavenly beasts are singing Holy, holy, holy to the ONE seated on the throne, please, let all of us join the twenty eldest in singing loudly:

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created” ( Revelations 4:11).

Hallelujah! Praise God.
