Life would be difficult without the help of the Holy Spirit.

“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit” ( John 3:8).

Dearly Beloved

You may not see the Holy Spirit at work, but you can experience Him or feel Him. If you are truly born again, you should experience inexplicable joy, peace and power from the Holy Spirit . The Holy Spirit is quick, peaceful, powerful, aggressive, reliable, guided, friendly and exciting . You can’t do without Him in your battles of life. Without guidance and empowerment by the Holy Spirit, educational life, ministry life, marital life, occupational life and even personal life tend to be stormy and traumatic . You need the Holy Spirit in all spheres of life.

Unfortunately, not many people have good understanding of the working of the Holy Spirit, even within the body of Christ. Anointing ( Holy Spirit empowerment) gives us power to contribute to the destruction of the works of the devil. We need courage and boldness to tread on serpents and scorpions, and to crush their heads.

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” (Acts 1:8).

Stay connected with JESUS, the Word; He is the Way, the Truth and the Life; He is the Lord; He is the Spirit of God.

“Now the Lord is that Spirit…” (2Corinthians 3:17).

Be conscious of your daily thoughts. Focus your mind on righteousness; righteousness exalts a nation/person.

Think no evil of anyone.

Be humble without measure.

Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Prayer Points

Our Father and our God, the Father of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, the great and mighty God, the covenant keeping God; the most compassionate, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercies. We stand in awe of the power of your Holy Spirit. We thank you for who you are. Accept our thanks in Jesus name. Amen. Father, please continue to frustrate and expose all enemies of your righteousness globally, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

How much do you know JESUS? Your strength (physical, mental & spiritual) is related to how closely you relate to Him. You can keep building your strength by spending quality time with HIM in thoughts, words, actions and by “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” (Ephesians 5:19).

Every word of God is pure…(Proverbs 30:5).

Improving Our Spiritual Understanding

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2Corinthians 5:17).

Dearly Beloved

Happy Sunday to God’s family world wide.

Salvation is life’s greatest free gift to every person. Salvation makes you a brand new person.

Having accepted Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Saviour, you are a brand new person according to our memory verse. Salvation makes you a new creature. Therefore, you should no longer live in your past. Make effort to drop those negative past attitudes and habits. Remember, habit die hard! Use your past and present to shape you future. Your future is very glorious if you faint not. You are NOW joint heir with our Lord Jesus Christ and are seated with Him in glory on the right hand side of His Father in heaven . Praise the living God! Hallelujah!

God is a Spirit. No one can see God with the natural eyes. You can only sincerely relate to God in spirit and in truth ( John 4:24). Ask God to give you a new heart. Ask God to fill you to overflowing with His Holy Spirit.

Be filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).

Stay connected with JESUS, the Lord; He is the embodiment of the Spirit of God, ‘the Lord is that Spirit’ (2Corinthians 3:17). He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the LIGHT of the world.

It is well with you in Jesus name. Amen.

Thank you Father for the gift of Salvation. Dear Father, please, help me to have increasing understanding of my newness in Christ in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Father, we pray that righteousness be established in your church and in our different nations all over the world in Jesus precious name. Amen.

Father, please continue to expose every act of hypocrisy and evil in our societies and bring the perpetrators to shame in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
