Word for Today: NOW is the time for your repentance.

Word for Today:

NOW is the time for your repentance.

Ministry Of the Word ( MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

” …Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17)

Dearly Beloved

Blessed new day to God’s family every where in the world.

When you read the temptation of Jesus in Matthew 4:1-11, you would understand that the devil can quote and twist the word of God in order to deceive. Am often surprised that Christians get carried away with ‘powerful preaching’ and ‘miracles’ rather than keep their focus on the Word. You can’t be looking unto men and be looking unto JESUS ( Hebrews 12:2) at the same time.

Jesus began His early Ministry by declaring:

“…Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17). Many people in the church need repentance. Many people have fallen short of the glory of God. Even if you don’t have the understanding, go on your knees privately and ask God in Christ for forgiveness in whatever ways you have fallen short of His glory. Remember, if we say we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves …(1John 1:8-9).

Repent NOW and give God a chance to draw you closer to Himself in Christ Jesus. Arise and shine!

What I have heard from the Lord, is what I have done myself. Having declared it to you, you have no excuse to remain at the same level ( Hebrews 6:4-6).

Stay connected with Jesus, the Word, the Truth and the Life.

Thank you Father for the opportunity you have given to me to repent and draw closer to you through your Son. It shall be so in Jesus name. Amen

It’s well with you in Jesus name. Amen.

Blood of Jesus!

Memory Verse:

Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled (Heb 12:15).

Dearly Beloved

Blessed new week to God’s family.

As a specialist in mental health, and as a son of the Most High God by the special grace of God, I can tell you that many people harbour negative emotions knowingly and unknowingly, and suffer terrible consequences. Negative emotions are extremely destructive to the person harbouring them, besides displeasing God.  As per our memory verse, BITTERNESS is at the root of many other negative emotions such as fear, doubt, worry, anger, envy, resentment, vengeance and hatred. Bitterness usually result from prolonged unforgiveness.  Many people live in denial  of the presence of these negative emotions in their heart, even within the body of Christ (the Church). Believe me, these negative emotions deprive the person of love, joy, peace etc, the ‘fruit of the Spirit’ ( Galatians 5:22).

Dealing with these negative emotions or learning to drive away these emotions needs spiritual understanding  and requires you being  sincere, honest, open, transparent, and truthful with yourself and others. Only the LIGHT in the word of God in your heart can help you to expose  these emotions. The light in the word of God exposes (Psalm 119:130).

Having received Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord  and Saviour, you have to LEARN to walk diligently with the Holy Spirit. Apostle Paul admonished us: “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16).

Unfortunately, many people prefer to hide under big organisations and remain in ignorance. Our Lord  and Saviour Jesus Christ said: “And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil” ( John 3:19).

Stay connected with Jesus Christ, the Word, the Truth and the Life. Be sufficiently God fearing. Nurse no evil thoughts against anyone. It’s well with you in Jesus name. Amen

Prayer Point

For every one reading this message, receive the grace to deal with negation emotions  in your heart in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Blood of Jesus! Blood of Jesus!

Thank you JESUS for the grace to deal with negative emotions in my life.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: What is God hearing from you?

Word for Today:

What is God hearing from you?

“Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you” ( Numbers 14:28).

Dearly Beloved

Happy Sunday to God’s family the world over.

Be mindful of you thoughts and speech, especially when you are challenged or facing trials. In Christ Jesus, God is saying, as you have ‘spoken in mine ears, so I will do for you’. Instead of complaining and grumbling when challenged , use that time to praise God. Appreciate God for His goodness, kindness, mercies, compassion and love. Let your speech always be full of grace, seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6).

It’s well with you in Jesus name. Amen.

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of of His might.

Stay connected with Jesus, the Word, the Truth and the Life.
