Word for Today: Seek Ye Understanding Daily.

Word for Today:

Seek ye understanding daily.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

“The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live” (Psalm 119:144).

Dearly Beloved

Ask God to grant you knowledge and understanding as you read the bible and other spiritual books. Do not destroy yourself. Let’s pray the Psalmist’s prayer always:

“Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart ( Psalm 119:34).

There is only one way to salvation, freedom, victory, prosperity, divine destiny-JESUS. Do not be deceived by contradictory philosophies and theologies appearing attractive. We need Jesus Christ to have a direct encounter with the true God.

“Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly” ( Proverbs 16:22).

If you remove Jesus Christ from your life, crisis is the outcome.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children” (Hosea 4:6).

Be knowledgeable. Stay connected with the Word . Be enlightened.

Have a blessed day.

Keep your thoughts & mind positive.

Do no think evil against anyone.

Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Be kind and compassionate with one another.

Prayer Point

Dear Father, we pray for everyone sincerely connected to your Word, that they may experience understanding and join you in exposing every agent of darkness in Jesus name. Amen

Thank you Jesus for waking me up today.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: We wrestle NOT against flesh and blood.

Word for Today:

We wrestle NOT against flesh and blood.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW):,True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” ( Ephesians 6:12).

Dearly Beloved

The bible teaches us that Jesus Christ came to destroy the works of the devil (1John 3:8).

Everyone fights the various battles of life, whether you believe in God or not. Whether you believe it or not, life is a battle.

We must always be conscious of the fact the war we are called to fight is spiritual, not physical. As spiritual Christians, let us go about our duties daily with the consciousness of the fact we are at war at all times-at our places of work, in the church, in our families, in our ministries, within our communities etc.

The weapons of our warfare are the words of our mouth!

Brethren, we are at war. But it is a spiritual war. It is a war between light and darkness. It’s a war against ignorance. It is a war in defence of truth, openness, righteousness, honesty, integrity, transparency, divine health etc. Let us follow the examples of our Captain, Jesus Christ. He wages war with sword from his mouth: “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword…” (Rev 19:15).

“(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;).Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2Corinthians 10:4-5).

Apostle Paul charged his spiritual son, Timothy, to war a good warfare:

“This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare” (1Tim 1:18).

Stay connected to JESUS, the Word. He is the Way, the truth and the Life.

Do not be ignorant of our common enemy.

Be kind and compassionate with one another.

Prayer Point

Dear Father, please make us knowledgeable about spiritual warfare. Please, give us the grace to war a good warfare against all forms of darkness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Blood of Jesus. Blood of Jesus.

Thank you Jesus for teaching us spiritual warfare.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: Trust NOT the flesh.

Word for Today:

Trust NOT the flesh.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW) : True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD” ( Jeremiah 17:5).

Dearly Beloved

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Who or what do you trust? Who is your source? How intimate are you with Jesus Christ? You are the only person who can answer the question sincerely .

Some people are in a haste to run to another person at the slightest challenge, though happy to bear the title ‘born again’ Christians. The bible admonishes us:

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes” (Psalm 118:8-9).

Let Jesus Christ be your only source, no matter your circumstances.

Stay connected to Jesus Christ, the Word. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Prayer Point

Father, please enhance my intimacy with your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Blood of Jesus. Blood of Jesus.

Thank you Jesus for the grace to trust you.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: Let’s learn repentance from the Psalmist.

Word for Today :

Let’s learn repentance from the Psalmist.

Ministry Of the the Word (MOW): True Spirituality(TS)

Memory Verse

“For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me” (Psalm 51:3).

Dearly Beloved

It’s one thing to offend God in our words and actions, but it’s a different thing how we react thereafter. Most of us are familiar with the sins of king David, involving the wife of Uriah, yet God still regards David as ‘a man after my heart’. We can learn repentance from the Psalmist as we read Psalm 51.

“Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar” (Psalm 51:1-19).

In Christ, God is very merciful. Cry to Him in repentance if you have derailed, no matter the gravity of your offence.

Stay connected with JESUS, the Truth, the Way and the Life.

Prayer Point:

Dear Father, Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me ( Psalm 51:10). In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen.

Blood of Jesus! Blood of Jesus!

Thank you JESUS for a new day.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.
