Word for Today: Signs are for Believers.

Word for Today:

Signs are for believers.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW) : True Spirituality (TS)

Improving Our Spiritual Understanding

Memory Verse

” And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues…” (Mark 16:17-20).

Dearly Beloved

If you are a true believer, signs and wonders should follow you. Signs and wonders are evidences of confirmation of God’s word in the life of a believer.

The word of God enables us to know that every true believer is for signs and wonders. However, our thoughts and lack of faith could be a serious limiting factor. Some believers seem to believe that signs and wonders are for ‘special’ ministers of God.

However, faith is a basic requirement. Signs and wonders are for those who are daily expectant and are able to maintain purity, integrity, honesty, diligence with a life of holiness.

If you have received the Spirit of our Lord Jesus Christ, do not allow your thoughts to limit you any more. Heaven is your limit.

Many people would find it difficult to believe some of the works that God is doing through genuine believers. The Word says:

“Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you” ( Habakkuk 1:5).

As you go about you duties, be positively expectant. God is able to do much more than you can ever imagine. You and your children are for signs and wonders according to the word of God.

“Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion” ( Isaiah 8:18).

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

Stay connected with the Word( Jesus Christ). Be wise. Be enlightened.

Prayer Point

Dear Father, please use us for signs and wonders according to your word, as we praise you this season in the mighty name of Jesus . Amen.

Blood of Jesus! Blood of Jesus!

Thank you Jesus for a new day the Lord has made.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: Believe in God; believe also in yourself.

Word for Today:

Believe in God; believe also in yourself.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS).

Memory Verse

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth” ( Mark 9:23).

Dearly Beloved

If you believe in God in Christ Jesus, believe also in yourself. Many Christians go through life with so much doubt. They claim to believe in God but they have no confidence in themselves. They merely follow others. When you read Matthew 18:18, for example:

“Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 18:18).

Jesus Christ is telling us, I have given you powers that have been given to me by my Father; He is telling us that whatsoever we say with our mouth will come into being, if we say it in faith; He is asking us to open our mouth and bind/loose every contrary spirit; He is not asking us to run to ‘pastor’ or ‘deliverance minister’ to bind evil spirits for us; if you are troubled by anger, frustration, fruitlessness, failure, poverty etc, you can use your mouth to bind the spirit behind them and command them to loose their hold on you, your family , your friends and loved ones. And the evil spirits must obey in Jesus name. Amen.

Are you a true believer? Jesus Christ said all things are possible to him who believes. The bible also enable us to know that nothing is impossible with God ( Luke 1:37). There are many Christians who believe in God, but they are unable to exercise their faith. Their faith are passive . Remember, in life , things happen to you according to your faith ( Matthew 9:29). Remember, faith without work is dead (James 2:14-26).

Do not just read the scriptures, practice what it says . Don’t passively accept any gifts that does glorify God in your life. Speak the word of God against anything you don’t want. Remember, as you think in your heart so will you be, especially if you hold such thoughts long enough . Be aggressive in your spirit against anything that does not honour God in your life.

My prayer is that at the end of my sojourn on earth, I am able to say with boldness like apostle Paul:

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith…” ( 2Timothy 4:7

Word for Today:

God has seen your tears-no more weeping.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS).

Memory Verse

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away” ( Revelations 21:4).

Dearly Beloved

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. God has seen your tears. He says the tears are over.

The LORD has taken over your battle henceforth. He is the man of war. There will be no more crying. No more sorrow. No more tears. The old things are passed away:

“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace” (Exodus 14:14).

Please, spend time to nourish your spirit being with the word of God. Remember:

“The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” (Proverbs 18:14).

Now keep praising God and magnify Him. Focus on pleasing the LORD through righteous thoughts, words and actions. The battle is over:

“For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning” ( Psalm 30:5).

Be knowledgeable. Be wise. Be enlightened. Stay connected to the Word .

Have a blessed new day.

Word for Today: A king and a priest in Christ Jesus.

Word for Today: A king and a priest in Christ Jesus.

Ministry Of the Word (MOW): True Spirituality (TS)

Memory Verse

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” ( 1Peter 2:9).

Dearly Beloved

Many people claim to be ‘born again’ Christians but they lack understanding of their new nature and position in Christ Jesus. If you are truly born again, then you are a king and a priest. This why Jesus Christ is our King of kings and our high Priest. How many born again Christians are functioning as kings and as priests, in accordance with our memory verse?

Apostle Paul described a born again Christian as a new creature :

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”

The word of God enables us to know that man is only complete when the Spirit of Jesus dwells in him. Someone has said life without Christ is crisis. Without Jesus Christ, despite apparent achievements in life, there will be lack joy contentment , inner feelings of frustrations, emptiness and feelings of incompleteness. Indeed, there is a vacuum in the life of every man without the Spirit of Jesus Christ in him or her.

“And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power” ( Colossians 2:10).

In Christ Jesus, be conscious of your kingship and priesthood. Make every effort to function as a king and priest as the Psalmist did.

Stay CONNECTED to Jesus Christ , the Word. Seek knowledge, wisdom and understanding . Be enlightened.

Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Be compassionate and kind to one another.

Prayer Point

Dear Father, we pray for everyone sincerely connected to your Word, that they will experience completeness and begin to function as a king and priest in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Blood of Jesus!

Thank you Father, for making me a king and a priest in Christ Jesus.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.
