“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people” ( Proverbs 14:34).

Beloved 

In agreement, unity and oneness, let us pray for righteousness to be visible in the church, Nigeria, United Kingdom, America and all part of the world in Jesus name. Amen.
In the world today, unrighteousness has become the order of the day. Look around where you live, you do not need to travel far to witness unrighteousness and evil activities. Please, do NOT keep your mouth shut and watch unrighteousness thrive. It has been said that evil thrives when good people do nothing .
Your mouth has been given to you as a powerful spiritual weapon. The word of God has been given you as the sword of the Spirit. War a good warfare with your mouth. Christianity is a spiritual warfare. No longer remain in ignorance. Let’s follow the examples of the One we are following:

“And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.” Revelation 19:13-15 KJV

Let us be united in the battle. He promised that he will never leave us nor forsake us. He says:

“For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist” (Luke 21:15).
Make use of your mouth. Ask God to bring his righteousness to the church, all over the world. Ask God to flush out all those hiding in the church to do evil anyway in the world in Jesus name. Amen

Have a blessed day in Jesus Name. Amen 

Prayer

Father, please give us the grace to maintain righteousness everywhere we go and to make good use of the mouth and wisdom you have given to us in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

True Spiritual Therapy (TST)

Memory Verse 

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, owhatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are

lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise , think on these things.” (Philippians 4:8)

Beloved 

Many people go through life, unmindful of their thoughts and words. Your predominant thoughts and core beliefs make up the real you. Our personality is the sum total of our predominant thoughts, confessions and imaginations. In life we reap what we sow. If we focus on goodness, then we shall reap a harvest of goodness at fullness of time.
Remember, as a man thinks in his heart so is he ( Proverbs 23:7)
Psychologists (science ) and the word of God are in agreement that we should keep our mind healthy/positive by focusing daily on truth, honesty, justice , purity, integrity and love . This is similar to apostle Paul counsel in our memory Verse.
Keep your mind healthy/positive by having mainly healthy thoughts.

Have a Spirit-filled week.

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

Prayer

Dear Father, please give us the grace to focus only on heavenly things in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children” (Hosea 4:6)
Beloved 

Christianity is about knowledge. If we are ignorant of the spiritual warfare we have been called into , we become very vulnerable to the destroyers.
Ignorance is darkness. The entrance of the word of God into our hearts gives light and understanding ( Psalm 119:130).
It’s dangerous for the soul to be without knowledge.
Spend time with the word of God.

“He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit. Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding” ( Proverbs 17:27-28)

Word for Today: Learn to PERSEVERE in Life.

“And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me” (Ruth 1:16-17)
Beloved 

Please, try to learn the secret of perseverance in whatever you are doing provided, it is not contrary to the word of God. Do you know that the trials and challenges you go through in life are for own good? Have faith in God. The secret of victory in life is faith in the God of righteousness and having the right attitude. The story of Ruth’s perseverance in our memory verse has always fascinated me. Same with the perseverance of Elisha before he over the mantle from Elijah in 2Kings 2:2.
Many Christians may not know that the man who wrote about two third of the New Testament, apostle Paul, wrote a large chunk of it while in prison. Instead of grumbling and murmuring, he persevered and maintained the right attitude. Hear Him:
“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body”(2Corinthians 4:8-10)
What about Jesus Christ Himself? Can you imagine what he went through on earth? Perhaps, this is why there is a mixture of love, joy, peace, long suffering etc within the fruit of the Spirit( Galatians 5:22).
Jesus Himself gave us the Parable of the persistent widow to learn from in Luke 18:1-8.

Learn to persevere. Do not give up easily because you are facing challenges. If you fail the first time, try the second time; try the third time, try the 4th, and don’t stop trying until your victory has come.
In Christ Jesus, all things work together for for our good.

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” ( Romans 8:28).
