Understanding True Spirituality

Theme:

Man Is A Triune Being!
Memory Verse:

“But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding”

(Job32:8).

Beloved,

Another word suitable for Triune nature of man is Tripartite. Meaning three in one or involving three parties.
Man has the spirit and the soul: both of them live in the house called body.
Every house has an explicit components based on the owner’s demand.
God cannot relate with man except through the spirit He had put into him.
Hence, Our Lord Jesus according to the gospel of John maintains thus:

“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth”

(Jn.4: 24).
Anytime our spirits and souls submit to the dictates of our house called body, we get disconnected from Divine information/leading.
This is because the body will always fight for the things of this world.
As it is heaven, so is it on the earth.

As it is written by John the beloved through the revelation of God:

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one”

(1Jn.5:7-8).
In other to maintain continuous flow with our Creator, we need to check the activities of the body (flesh).
Apostle Paul concludes thus:

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”

(Rom.8: 1).
Beloveth, if our bodies are properly nurtured by the word of God, the ceaseless flow with our Maker will be inevitable.
Scale the body by the word of God!

“They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever” (Psalm 125:1-2).
Beloved 

No matter what you are going through, never you lose confidence in God in Christ Jesus. No matter the valley or pit you are in, God is with you. Keep trusting Him and He will never fail you. It’s to you according to your faith.

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man” (Psalm 118:8)

Keep your focus on the word of God, which is quick and powerful.

With the Word of God, you are more than conqueror ( Romans 8:37).

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes” ( Psalm 118:9).

PRAYER

Father, please empower me to trust you no matter what I am going through in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

True Spiritual Therapy (TST)

Memory Verse 

“Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God” ( Luke 8:11)
Beloved 

In the Parable of the Sower, Jesus Christ enables us to know that the word of God is a spiritual seed. In life, we reap what we sow ( Galatians 6:7). Please, do not allow anything in this world to take away the word of God in you or interfere with your source of life. 
Nothing in the world compares with the word of God. Jesus Christ in the Parable of the seed explained the four things that can happen to a man after receiving the word of God: 
“12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

15 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience” (Luke 8:12-15).

Be a good ground for the word of God. Be sincere and honest. Have a good heart. Think no evil of anyone. Allow the word of God to produce the ‘fruit of the Spirit’ ( Galatians 5:22) in you for others to see.
Jesus explained further:

“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light” ( Luke 8:16).

Let your light shines for men to see. Do not hesitate to share the word of God with others. There is always a WORD in the word of God to share. When you sincerely share the word of God with others, you are sowing seed, and your harvest time must come. 

 The entrance of the word of God gives light.

Be spiritually enlightened!

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

Prayer

Dear Father, please give us the grace to share your word with others and to have increasing understanding of what we are doing in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” ( Jeremiah 1:5).
Beloved 

In Christ Jesus, God had plan for you long before you were conceived and delivered by your parents. You are not in this world by chance or co-incidence. God has a plan for you. The plan and purpose of God for you is clearly spelt out in the Word:
“For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren”( Romans 8:29)

No one has a better plan for you than God in Christ Jesus. He says:

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” ( Jeremiah 29:11).

You have been recreated spiritually to do the work that Jesus was doing on earth. Let work together with Christ to destroy the works of the devil (1John 3:8)
