Improving Our Spiritual Understanding

“O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever: The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever: The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever: And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever: With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever: And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever: But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever. To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever: And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever: Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever: And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever: Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever. Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever: And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭136:1-19, 21-24, 26‬ ‭KJV.

Beloved

It’s because of God’s mercies we are not consumed (Lamentation 3:22).
Did you wake up this morning in good health, hale and hearty? Please, all through today , let’s thank God for His mercies. Whether you believe it or not, there are evils in the world. But you shall escape in Jesus name. Amen.

To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It also requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).

Prayer

Father, we thank you for your mercies. Please, have mercy on everyone that is sincerely CONNECTED to you through your Word in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Yours in the Vineyard of Christ.

Word for Today: Henceforth, let no man make trouble for me.

Word for Today:
Henceforth, let no man make trouble for me.

Memory Verse

“For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.” Galatians 6:15-18 KJV

Beloved

Henceforth, ensure you bear the marks of Christ on your body and you will begin to sense that you are untouchable. What have you suffered for Christ?
Christianity is a NEW life in Christ Jesus. A new way of thinking. A new way of speaking . A new way of doing things. The transformation is a powerful one. You can never doing it by your strength. You need the Holy Spirit working in your spirit.

Yes, ‘the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen’.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV

Word for Today: Choose your master

Word for Today:Choose your master.

Memory Verse

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?” Matthew 6:24-25 KJV
Beloved

Choose this day who your master is. Some believers are so busy chasing money or other personal goals that they rarely have time for the word of God. You can’t serve two masters.
What is that thing that takes most of your time. Is it your occupational work or sports or even religious activities? None of this can never replace the word of God. Until the word of God is number one in your life, you will always feel incomplete.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33 KJV

Word for Today: No need for revenge

Ministry of the Word :
True Spirituality
“Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:9-21‬ ‭KJV

Beloved,

No need for revenge. Romans chapter 12 says it all! Vengeance is the LORD. Let’s focus on love and peace. There is no fear in love. Perfect love drives away fear (1John 4:18).
Yes, bless them that persecute you.
The grace of God is sufficient for us.
The LORD Himself is fighting our battle.
Hold your peace!
