“Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has…?” (Job 1:10).
Above quotation was Satan’s answer to God when He (God) was telling him about Job’s faithfulness. Even Satan knows that every child of God has a hedge of protection around him or her that makes it impossible for him to touch or hurt such a person. Satan knows that except the hedge is removed or except by God’s permission, his attempt to harm God’s child will be futile.
God expects all of His children who are daily living to please Him to live with this understanding. Jesus speaking in Luke 12:7 says “Indeed, the very hairs of your head are numbered. Don’t be afraid, you are worth more than many sparrows”. Psalm 91:1-2 says “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most high God shall rest under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord He is my refuge and my fortress in whom I trust”
Every child of God need to understand that he or she enjoys a covenant of divine protection with God by reason of he or she being born again and lives a consistent life of separation from sin. The scripture says “For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God” (Colossians 3:3). Yes, our life is hidden with Christ, that’s why the devil cannot have access to us since he cannot go pass God and Jesus and get to us. Hallelujah!
This is a glorious revelation that God wants us to have that will make us to fear less, be safety-conscious, and walk tall always, knowing that we’re divinely secured. The name of the Lord, we’re told is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and is safe (Prov. 18:10). Let’s understand that our lives are hid in Christ with God, and because the devil cannot touch God, he won’t be able to access us as well. We are untouchable!
The only time we become susceptible to the devil is when we deliberately break the hedge we are surrounded with. “He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it, and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him” (Ecl. 10:8) KJV. So long as the hedge God puts around us remains intact, the serpent, representing the devil cannot bite (hurt) us.
So in order to continue to enjoy this provision of divine security, and protection, which is our birthright as God’s elect, we’re to shun sinful acts, sternly refuse to compromise with anything that doesn’t glorify God, but live to please Him at all times. This is the key to ensuring our hedge is not broken, and as long as our hedge remains unbroken, the devil’s effort to reach and harm us will perpetually remain a fiasco. 
INSIGHT: let’s understand that our life is hid with Christ in God, and as long as the devil cannot touch God, he won’t be able to access us.

The Word (37)-the Word of God is God.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1)

Beloved 

The main reason I am very passionate about the Word of God is because I have come to the understanding that there is no difference between God and His Word. Anything God can do for you, the Word of God can do for you. The Word of God was with God in the beginning and is God. Someone has said God is a mystery. The truth is that God can be experienced personally.

The more of the Word of God you know and have, the more of God you discover. Every successful person in life, whether born again or NOT born again, will agree that life is full of battles. Life becomes very difficult if you are not CONNECTED to the Word of God through spiritual understanding.
The Word of God is the single most important being in heaven and on earth. Irrespective of your job and work, embrace the word of God today and start having a purpose in life:
“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away” (Mark 13:31).

Receive the grace to embrace the Word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (36)-the Word of God came to destroy the works of the devil.

“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1John 3:8).

Beloved 

Jesus Christ, the Word of God came to destroy the works of the devil. In the world today, you do NOT need to go far to observe evil activities every.
Diseases, sicknesses, stagnation, poverty, failure , suffering and death of all kind, are evil , perpetuated by the devil and his agents. Sicknesses are evil and agent of death. The various storms of life people go through are agent of death.
However, if you have the Word of God as your senior ally, you need not worry because He came to destroy the works of the devil so that we may enjoy life in abundance. Do not try to fight the battles of life on your own strength and wisdom because it will be hard to win.
Ensure that you stay away from sin with the help of the Word. Sin is of the devil. In Christ, you are born of God. The Word says:
“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God” (1John 3:9).

May every work of the devil in your life be destroyed by the Word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The Word (35)-Let the Word of God correct you.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works” (2Tim 3:16-17).

Beloved 

The word of God has been given to you to direct and guide you in life. The word God is light on your path. The Word reveals your errors and mistakes . When you hide the word of God in your heart, you will find it difficult to SIN against God ( Psalm 119:11).

Remember, the Word of God does not correct everyone, but only those He loves:
“For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth” ( Hebrews 12:6).
You may NOT enjoy correction at the time, but it will eventually pay off.
“Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby” (Hebrews 12:11).

Receive the grace to yield to correction by the Word of God in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
