The Word (43)-the Word SPEAKS!

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come” (John 16:13).

There are many people in the body of Christ today who have NOT learned to hear from the Word. Hearing from the Lord makes your Christian journey here on earth very interesting and exciting, aside from the hope of making it to heaven.
If only you can pay the price and make efforts to hear from the Lord, you will never think certain thoughts, take certain decisions or take certain actions. The closer you are to the Word, the more you are able to hear from Him. The Word speaks to guide and direct you daily, on the path of goodness, but if you are NOT hearing from Him, you make a lot of life mistakes.

Just in case you are one of those saying, it is the Holy Spirit that speaks not the Word. Please, remember that Lord is the Word and the Word is the Lord. The Lord and the Spirit are One:
“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2Cor 3:17).

Father, please multiply in me, the grace to hear from the Word every second of my life in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
