“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
Beloved,
Calvary greetings to you all and I wish above all things that the peace of our Lord be with you. It is nice to know that our Lord has given unto us great and precious promises according to our memory verse. It is worthwhile for us to obey His ordinances else, we will not be partakers of His divine nature.In order for God’s promises to come to pass in our lives, we have a role to play. Hence, in Genesis 12:1, God told Abraham in whom we are positively connected through faith to leave his country and his kindred to a land that He will show him. If Abraham had not obeyed/acted, those promises would not have come to pass in his life.
“Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will show thee: And I will make of thee a great nation and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing” (Gen. 12:1-2).
What amazes me in God’s promises is that He (God) does not forget His promises to us. Even after the death of Abraham, God assured Isaac of His promises to Abraham his father (Gen. 26:2-3).
Brethren, I want us to remember that we are descendants of Abraham and as a result, God’s promises are still active in our lives if only we keep His commandments (John 14:15); live a life of holiness (1 Peter 1:15); meditate in His word day and night (Joshua 1:8); and more importantly, forgive one another (Mark 11:25).
In conclusion, I want to enjoin us to be steadfast in waiting on God’s promises. The difficult times we are passing through may be the test we have to pass in order to receive God’s promises in our lives.

A very good morning to everyone. This is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it ( Psalm 118:24).
As you soak your body, soul and spirit with the word of God today, may you experience supernatural peace associated with the amazing grace of God in Jesus name. Amen.
Our God is the God of all grace. Yes, God is able to make all grace abound towards you. May God make everything you need to serve Him available to you by grace this 2019. Amen:“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” ( 2Corinthians 9:8)
What I have received , is what I have given to you all. Apostle John said: a man can receive nothing unless it be given to him from above ( John 3:27). Please, do not reject the free gift of the grace of God.
The Word says GRACE and TRUTH came through Jesus Christ:
“For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” ( John 1:17)
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” ( Philippians 4:23).
Stay connected with the Jesus, the grace of God to humanity. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the light of the world. He is the Spirit of God.
Keep your thoughts & mind positive.
Be compassionate with one another.
Be sensitive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Blessed new week to every, especially the family of our God in Christ Jesus.
I want to encourage everyone to key into the power in the word of God in 2019. There is nothing the word of God cannot do. Everything God can do in Christ, the word of God can do. There is FIRE in the word of God.
“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart”(Hebrews 4:12)
“Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him” (Proverbs 30:5).
Jesus Christ is the Word of God:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God”(John 1:1-2).To grow spiritually requires daily meditation with the word of God (Joshua 1:8) and seeking first the kingdom of God and its righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It requires total fear of God, and spiritual training in the word of God: “Train yourself to be godly”(1Tim 4:7-8 NIV).
Stay CONNECTED with Jesus Christ, the Spirit of God, also called the Word. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Happy Sunday to everyone.When you have a critical look at what is going on in the Church today, you would have little doubt that the body of Christ is facing enormous challenges. We are at the End Times, which Jesus Christ Himself spoke about.
The bible refers to the New Covenant that will preserve all true Christians. It was prophesied by the Old Testament prophets such as Isaiah and Jeremiah as below; apostle Paul repeated it in our memory verse.
“Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people” (Jeremiah 31: 31-33).My brothers and sisters in the Lord , I ask the question: is the law of God written in your heart? Do you hide the words of God in your heart and in your innermost part? Do you have the signs of the new covenant? How often do you say it’s written? If you know you do not have the words of God in your heart, it’s not too late to repent. Repent NOW for the kingdom of God is at hand. When the time comes, the LORD Himself shall examine your heart, and if there is no word of God, He will pass you by.
Jesus Himself said:“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” ( Matthew 7:21-23).I will not stop reminding us that in Christ Jesus, God is at work in 2019. The power of God is going to be manifested heavily on the surface of the earth, amongst individuals, organisations, communities and nations.
Are you a NEW COVENANT Christian? If you not, please make efforts to fill your heart, soul and spirit with the word of God. Let the word of Christ dwell richly in you…Colossians 3:16.
